How to Create a Custom Merge Field

Watch the video below to learn how to add additional merge fields in Gratavid. The default merge tags are first name, last name, and salutation. With this custom feature, you can add extra information to a contact record that can be added to the note message, i.e. (anniversary give date, graduation year, donor report link, nickname, etc.)
