How do I send a help request on the Graduway Platform?

You can search the directory to find someone who is willing to help in the area that you need.

Step 1:

Click through to the profile of the person who you are requesting help from; then click on the REQUEST HELP button.

Step 2:

Select the area in which you would like help.

Step 3:

Write a cover message, including some background information and a clear explanation of how you would like their help. A user is more likely to help you if you write a good cover message. When you are done, click SEND.

Note: Your help request will be visible in your Messages. 

You will receive a notification when they reply, and will be able to continue the conversation in Messages.
