How do I send an offer of help on the Graduway Platform?

If you would like to offer your help to another user, you can search the directory to find someone who is seeking help in the area that you have expertise. 

Step 1:

Click through to the profile of the person who you are offering help to; then click on the OFFER HELP button.

Step 2:

Select the area in which you would like to offer help.

Step 3:

Write a cover message, including some background information and a clear explanation of how you are able to help. When you are done, click SEND.

Note: Your help offer will be visible in your Messages. 

You will receive a notification when they reply, and will be able to continue the conversation in your Messages.
