Once a job has been posted on the alumni platform, the website and logo that were added to the job post become linked to the Company. This link is established on the back-end of your alumni platform.
Due to this, if you come across a problem with a company website or logo, please contact the technical support team and they will be happy to update these details for you. The support team can be contacted via firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to include the URL of your alumni site, the company name in which you would like to edit, the updated company site URL and the updated logo file.
Please note: The URL that is added to the Company Website field should be a generic URL for the company. The link to the specific job can be added further down the page, either in the description or Through your Site section.
