Mentoring Analytics on the Graduway platform

Please note that mentoring analytics exist for both the main platform and per program.

The platform analytics include all relationships on the platform, whether started by the users, started by an admin, or started in a program.

However, the program analytics include only relationships started by users who are both members of the program and created the relationship while the program was active. 

For platform mentoring analytics, you can go to Admin View → Mentoring → Mentoring Analytics.

For program mentoring analytics, you can go to Admin View → Mentoring→ Programs → Specific Program → Analytics.

Mentorship in the Platform

• Willing to Mentor Network = the number of users in your network who are able to mentor. In other words, the admin has given their affiliation the permission to offer mentoring (in the Mentoring→ Settings page)
• Users Willing to Mentor = The percentage of users who have toggled on that they are willing to mentor out of those that have permission to mentor.

Messages

This shows the number of messages sent within mentoring relationships on the platform.

Potential Mentors - Mentoring Funnel

This funnel shows the potential of mentoring on the platform or within the program and how much of that potential has been realized.

This funnel can be filtered according to a date range.

• Available mentors = the number of potential mentors who have toggled on that they are willing to mentor. In this case, 21.
• Requests sent = the number of requests that those 21 mentors have sent. In this case 8. 8 requests sent / 21 potential mentors = 38%.
• Active relationships = the number of active relationships on the platform. In this case, 4. 4 active / 8 requests sent = 50%.

NOTE: The number of available mentors differs from what is seen in the directory.

When you filter the directory by all users who are offering mentoring, it shows all users who have toggled on mentoring AND have not yet reached their limit of mentoring. If mentors have a limit that is >1 then the fact that they are already mentoring, will put them on this funnel graph, but not remove them from the directory filter. Users who have already reached their mentoring limit, will not appear in the directory filter search so it is likely that the directory filter search will yield a lower result than what is seen here.

Mentor and Mentee Analysis

These 2 tables provide additional information filtered specifically by the mentor or the mentee.

The file shows:

• Industry or Location (country, state, and city)
• Registered date

• Shows the geographical breakdown of your mentoring network, filtered by either mentors or mentees
