As a user, you can earn badges for activity on the platform. The criteria for earning badges will be set by the platform admins and must be fulfilled entirely for a badge to be awarded. You are able to earn multiple different badges at once.
When viewing a person’s profile in the directory, you are able to see the badges they have earned.
These are also visible next to a user’s name in the feed.
All of the badges that you have earned, and that can still potentially be earned by you, can be viewed in your own profile. Hovering over each badge will tell you what that badge was earned for. If the badge is greyed out, it means that it is available, but you have not yet met the criteria to be awarded the badge. Hovering over the greyed out badge will tell you the criteria you need to meet in order to earn it.
You can also click on “What’s this” for more information.
Clicking on the pen icon next to Achievements will allow you to decide which of your badges you want to show to other users. You can click on the little eye icon next to each badge to make them visible or invisible to other users who view your profile.
If you meet all of the criteria for earning a badge, the badge will be awarded. You will receive an email letting you know that you have earned a badge and the next time you log into the platform, you will see a popup letting you know which badges you have accumulated.
You can also control whether or not you will receive the email notifications.
NOTE: Badge calculation occurs once per day. You will not be awarded your badge immediately.
NOTE: In order to be eligible for a badge, you must fulfill all of the criteria within 30 days. For example, if a gold badge is awarded for making 5 feed posts, posting a job and offering to be a mentor, then you must have completed all 7 of these criteria within 30 days from the first one being completed.

How do I add this feature to my platform? It does not seem to be an option for me.
