Enabling Vacation Mode for Ambassadors

Ambassadors have the option to mark themselves as unavailable using the “Vacation Mode” option. 

For ambassadors to put themselves in vacation mode, they must toggle the option on while in Edit Profile. 

Once Vacation Mode is turned on, the ambassador’s profile will be hidden from the ambassador page and prospects will not have the ability to message them. However, ambassadors and prospects in active conversations will be able to continue messaging. 

On the admin side, you will see that the ambassador’s status is “Vacation” and the option to make their profile visible will be locked.
