Reply Settings

The reply settings section covers how to disable replies and enable video replies.

Video Replies

Click "Allow video replies" under Reply Settings to give your contacts the option to reply with a video. There are a few catches here:

1. Only contacts can reply with a video.
2. Contacts can only reply with up to 5 videos per day. 
3. Gratavid automatically deletes reply videos in 90 days; however, you can add reply videos to your video library where they will not delete after 90 days. Watch the video at the top of this page to learn more. 

Disable Replies

Click the "Disable replies" when editing a note to hide the reply input.
