Bulk Upload Tasks

 

You can import all of these columns when bulk importing a list of tasks from a CSV file. Email is the only required column; however, we recommend adding email, first & last name. 

If these columns/properties already exist for a contact in Gratavid you do not need to import them again. For example, if [e-mail] already exists as a contact in your Gratavid account then you don't need to re-import any of the contact columns such as custom user id.

Recommended columns

• Email
  • • The email address of the contact you want to send a Gratavid. 
    • Example value - "[e-mail]"
• First Name
  • • The first name of the contact you want to send a Gratavid. 
    • Example value - "John"
• Last Name
  • • The last name of the contact you want to send a Gratavid. 
    • Example value - "Smith"
• Comments
  • • The internal comments or reasons why you are recording the video. Note: your contacts will not see these comments. 
    • Example value - "John Smith made a $1000 donation to the business school. John graduated in 2005 and is a huge football fan."
• Assignee Email -
  • • The email address of the teammate/user you want to assign to the task. This email address must exist as a user in your Gratavid account. You can edit/view team members at https://account.gratavid.com/users
    • Example value - "[e-mail]"

Optional columns

• Salutation
  • • The full name you want to use when addressing a contact. Salutation is commonly used when you want to address a household with the same name.
    • Example value - "Dr. and Mrs. Smith"
• Cell Number
  • • The cell number of the contact you want to send a Gratavid. 
    • Example value - "281-330-8004"
• Opted Into Text
  • • The text opt-in status of the contact you want to send a Gratavid. You can't send texts to contacts unless they have opted into text. 
    • Example value - "TRUE"
• Custom User Id
  • • The contact id of the contact in your CRM. For example, your Blackbaud system record id, Salesforce contact id, etc. 
    • Example value - "9lfsadf98234jal"
• Custom Account Id
  • • The account id of the contact in your CRM. For example, your Salesforce account id. 
    • Example value - "90asdfjk234as"
• Group Task Id
  • • A value you create to group rows/tasks together. For example, if you want to send one task to John Smith, Barry Smith, and Sally Smith, then you would make the group task id "smith" for all three rows. This will create 1 task with 3 contacts. 
    • Example value - "1" or "smith" 
• Video Ids
  • • A comma-separated list of video ids you want to be associated with a task. A list of video ids is provided after you send a bulk video request, or you can manually add video ids. Visit How do I find video id?
    • Example value (one video) - "d4abebaf-814f-4b86-a197-d08ce2a38be9",
    • Example value (multiple videos) - "d4abebaf-814f-4b86-a197-d08ce2a38be9,cbd4576e-b6c0-4fc8-a179-35f8e96d3eca,a4c24134-b25c-4de4-9389-28e2a56e8a98"
• Note Id
  • • The note id you want to be associated with a task. Visit How do I find note id?
    • Example value - "a93a113b-1fe9-41ed-b0d6-6b61f382b280"
• Include Note Videos
  • • If mapping the Note Id columns you can optional includes this column to include note videos after the task video
    • Note: This column will only import if you mapped a note id
    • Example value - "TRUE"
