You can import all of these columns when bulk importing a list of tasks from a CSV file. Email is the only required column; however, we recommend adding email, first & last name.
If these columns/properties already exist for a contact in Gratavid you do not need to import them again. For example, if john.smith@gmail.com already exists as a contact in your Gratavid account then you don't need to re-import any of the contact columns such as custom user id.

- The full name you want to use when addressing a contact. Salutation is commonly used when you want to address a household with the same name.

- The text opt-in status of the contact you want to send a Gratavid. You can't send texts to contacts unless they have opted into text.

- A value you create to group rows/tasks together. For example, if you want to send one task to John Smith, Barry Smith, and Sally Smith, then you would make the group task id "smith" for all three rows. This will create 1 task with 3 contacts.

- A comma-separated list of video ids you want to be associated with a task. A list of video ids is provided after you send a bulk video request, or you can manually add video ids. Visit How do I find video id?
