This guide and video will show you how to request multiple videos and then automatically add each video to a corresponding Gratavid task. For example, request 100 videos from students and then match each video to a specific donor.
CSV Template
You can download the template used in the video by clicking download csv template.
Overview
1. Request your videos using the video bulk editor in your Gratavid account. If you are not familiar with requesting videos in bulk, watch the video How To Request Multiple Videos.
2. Fill out the bulk request CSV, import, and then send your request. Once your request has been sent. Save the "taskTemplate.csv" file on the 'Success!' page by clicking "Download task template." Gratavid will attempt to automatically download this file for you.
Note: "taskTemplate.csv" is the file you will use to bulk import your tasks. Gratavid automatically includes a "videoIds" column which will create your tasks with a video already included.
3. Add your task to "taskTemplate.csv". Use the information provided in each row to match each video request with a new task. Finish adding your tasks in "taskTemplate.csv" and save your file.
4. Visit the Gratavid task list section and bulk add upload your tasks from a CSV. Use the saved "taskTemplate.csv" in step #4. If you are not familiar with bulk importing tasks watch the video Bulk Task Import.
5. Import, map, and save your tasks. You will now see the new tasks have a video associated with them.
