Once you have signed up for Gratavid, part of getting your team up and running is to add them as users on the account. We suggest having 1 person add all team members to keep things simple and organized.
Alright, let’s get started!
Step 1: Login

Step 2: Click on the profile in the upper right corner
It will automatically bring you to the notes page. Once on this page, click on the profile in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Click manage users
After clicking on the profile, it will show you a dropdown menu. Click on manage users to go to the manage users page.
Step 4: Click the + button to add new users
This is what the manage users page will look like. Click on the + button in the upper right corner to add new users to your account.
Step 5: Select your upload option
It will give you a few different options to upload your users. Make sure internal user is selected and then you can either choose to upload 1 at a time, or else do a bulk import via a CSV file. For the sake of this demo, we are doing one at a time because we are only adding 3 other users.
Step 6: Fill in the user’s information
Once you have internal user and one at a time selected and have clicked next, this is the page it will bring you to. All you have to do is add their email address, first name, and last name, choose to make them an admin if you wish to do so, and then choose the user sign-in method. If you sign into Gratavid using email and password, make sure that is chosen. If you use Google or Microsoft single sign-on, you will choose that instead. After filling out the information, click add user.
Once you click add user, this will show up. Click add another to add more users, or else click the users added box if finished. If adding more users, just follow step 6 again.
This is what it will look like if you are done adding users. As you can see, I only kept admin on for myself, but as stated before, you can choose who is an admin and who isn’t. We do suggest having at least two admins, in case one admin is on vacation, out sick, etc. You can also customize who can send out bulk sends, as well.
And, that’s it! Your users will receive an email with login instructions. Super easy to add users and get the party started ;)Let us know if you have any questions!
