How To Send Birthday Gratavids

One of Gratavid's most popular features is the ability to automatically send videos on your contacts' birthday. 

Step 1

The first step is adding birthday information for your contacts. The easiest way to do this is to include a birthday column when you bulk upload your contacts.

If you already have your contacts in Gratavid without their birthday information, you can either add it manually for each contact, or you can create a csv file that contains only your contacts email and then their birthday. Make sure when you upload the csv the only columns you map are email and birthday. This will update the birthday column without updating any other contact information. 

Step 2

Once you've uploaded your contacts and their birthday, visit https://account.gratavid.com/birthday and activate the birthday features. Follow along in the video below to learn more.
