Click on the URL to get started. It will bring you to this page where you can see the instructions for the video. Click record/upload when you are ready.

Then go ahead and click take video. This will launch the video.  When you’re all set, click the red recording button. Once you have finished recording, click the red button again. It will then show you the video. You can choose to use video or else click retake if you need to re-do it. The last step is to upload your video. Once you have clicked use video, it will just take a couple of seconds to go through. Once you see this page, you can click out of it.
