This is what it will look like if you open the request via email. Click the blue record now button to go to the next page.

Once you have clicked the blue button, this page will appear. After reading the instructions, go ahead and click record with webcam.

Hit the record button and click allow for the use of your webcam and microphone.

Once you have finished recording, click upload/save recording if the video is good. If you wish to retake the video, click start over.

Once this page says video uploaded, you are all set to exit the page.
