Text call forwarding

This section covers what happens when a contact attempts to call your Gratavid number. You can edit your settings under your Gratavid account text settings.

Call forwarding

You can customize your call forwarding settings to determine what should happen when someone attempts to call your Gratavid phone number. By default, Gratavid will auto-reply with a message saying this number can't accept calls; however, you can have calls automatically forwarded to any number. 

Preventing spam calls

In order to prevent spammers from calling your Gratavid number, our system checks for history between your Gratavid number and the number calling. If you have never texted a number through Gratavid and they attempt to call you our system will automatically reject the call. Gratavid will accept the call if you have previously sent a text to the number calling. Once accepted, your call forwarding settings determine how Gratavid handles the call.
