Send Via Outlook Issues

For some accounts, the "Send via Outlook" option will not work. The good news is your Gratavid will still be delivered; however, it won't send through your Outlook account; it will send via your default Gratavid email address. 

Why does this happen?

Gratavid "Send via Outlook" is powered by the Microsoft Graph API behind the scenes. Some older and hybrid versions of Outlook do not support the Graph API; therefore, Gratavid can't send via Outlook on some older and hybrid versions of Outlook Mail.
