Bulk Video Request Columns

You can add all of these columns when bulk requesting a list of videos from a CSV file. There are no required columns. If you choose not to send via email or via text Gratavid will still create the request for you which you can send yourself. 

Recommended columns

• Recorder Email
  • • The email address of the recorder. If this column is included and send via email is selected after you import your file then the recorder will receive their request via email. 
    • Example value - "[e-mail]"
• Recorder Name
  • • The full name of the recorder.
    • Example value - "John Smith"
• Directions
  • • The directions for the recorder.
    • Example value - "Please thank Sally Donor for her $10,000 donation to the music scholarship"

Optional columns

• Recorder Cell Number
  • • The cell number of the recorder. If this column is included and send via text is selected after you import your file then the recorder will receive their request via text. If email is also selected, then the recorder will receive both an email and a text. 
    • Example value - "281-330-8004"
• Video Title
  • • The title of your video. 
    • Example value - "John Smith thanks Sally Donor for music scholarship 2021"
• Request Email Subject
  
  • • The email subject if the video request is sent via email. If empty, Gratavid will default to the email subject you provided after the file was imported. 
    • Example value - "Please record your thank you video"
• Search Keywords
  • • A comma-separated list of keywords that can be used to find your video later when searching. Think of search keywords like tags for each individual video. 
    • Example value - "Music School Request, Fall 2021, Sally Donor"
