Why can't I reply to a note?

The reply input can be hidden from a note for two reasons. 

1. Replies are disabled under reply settings. 
2. You a viewing or previewing the note as anonymous contact. Only contacts are allowed to reply to a Gratavid note. Try previewing the note as a contact, or send yourself a test to and see if that fixes your issue.
