My video isn't loading when trying to edit or trim it

Does your video look blank, a white screen, or empty? Like this:

If yes, it's a caching issue. How to fix:

Step 1:

Make sure you are in Google Chrome. Right-click anywhere on the page and click "Inspect"

Step 2:

Now that your developer tools are open. Go up to the website address bar, click and hold the refresh button, and select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"

That should fix your issue! If not, please create a ticket.
