What To Do If Emails Can't Be Clicked

We occasionally hear of contacts having trouble clicking on Gratavid emails to watch their video. Fortunately, this issue has only been reported a small number of contacts. Unfortunately, there isn't any easy way we can fix the tech from our side. This issue is usually the result of a contact using an older and outdated computer. 

Steps To Fix It

If a contact complains about not being able to click on a video from their email, here are some steps you can take to fix it:

1. Ask the contact to forward the Gratavid email to you. 
2. Click on the forwarded video yourself, copy the URL at the top of the Gratavid video page (ie - https://gratavid.com/note?noteId=-LyKVUAfg...), then share this URL back with them directly in your own email
