Managing Unsubscribes (Text & Email)

Email

Email unsubscribes are contacts who have selected yes to "Opt out of all emails" from your organization. These contacts are not just opting out to emails from Gratavid, but ones from your entire organization. We recommend adding these contacts to your do not contact list in other platforms.

Here is an example of what the opt-out page looks like:

You can find this page by clicking the "Unsubscribe Preferences" link at the bottom of an email when sending a Gratavid note or task:

If a user replies to a Gratavid text message with "STOP" we will automatically opt that contact out of receiving a text message from you in the future. We recommend adding these contacts to your do not contact list in other texting platforms.

Visit the "Text" tab on https://account.gratavid.com/unsubscribes to see every contact that has opted out of text messages through Gratavid.
