My custom thumbnail isn't showing when I send a note

The email shows the GIF vs the thumbnail. The GIF is created directly from the video you upload. Currently, you cannot upload a custom GIF. 

The thumbnail is shown when you share the note (Facebook, Twitter, iMessage, etc.).
