What To Do If My Call To Action Buttons Are Not Working

Your call to action button links might not be working for a few reasons:

1. You forget to include "http" at the beginning of the URL. 
   • Bad button link: www.gratavid.com/
   • Good button link: https://www.gratavid.com/
2. There might be a space " " in your button link/URL. Make sure you didn't include a space at the beginning of your button link/URL. 
3. The website you are linking to might be down. Unfortunately, this issue is happening outside Gratavid. You will need to fix it on your end. 

We recommend visiting the page you want to link to, copy the URL directly from the top of the browser page, and then paste that link in your Gratavid button link.
