How To Set Up Your Donation Notification Emails To Trigger A Gratavid Task

The donation notification email integration helps you send data to Gratavid that otherwise wouldn't be possible. Maybe due to a lack of integration with your CRM system. Gratavid uses Email Parser by Zapier to take bits and pieces of an email so that you can use this data to automatically create a Gratavid task. For example, Gratavid can read pieces of data included in a donation notification email to automatically create a task in your Gratavid account.

Setting Up Donation Notification Emails

The first step is confirming you are actually receiving donation notifications emails from your CRM or payment system. Your CRM will have instructions for setting up donation notifications. Steps to setup the integration:

1. Create a free account on Zapier. If you already have an account, you can skip this step. 
2. Make sure your Gratavid account supports the Zapier integration. You might need to reach out to our team to set up your API key.
3. Visit Email Parser by Zapier and login with your Zapier account.
