How do you request a Raise Travel Plan?

As a Raise user, Travel Plans can be a great tool to assist with trip planning. By sending a request to [e-mail] our team will be able to generate a Travel Plan report looking at your portfolio(s) as well as portfolios assigned to other members of your team. Donors that are not assigned to a Raise portfolio will not be included in Travel Plans.

To request a Travel Plan, your request should include :

• City or specific address you are traveling to (Required) 
• Start and end date of your travel (Optional)
• Travel radius (Optional - unless specified,  a 50 mile radius from your requested location will be applied by default.)
• any other portfolios that should be included
• if you would like Raise to suggest only anchor visits, or if Raise should review all donors within the travel radius and then prioritize them for you. 

Example of an on-demand request

I will be traveling to Boston, MA October  3-6. I would like a 20-mile radius from Boston's Logan airport. Please look in my primary portfolio, auxiliary portfolio, and in Bob Smith's auxiliary portfolio.  I would love to see all donors/prospects.
