What happens if I accidentally delete or can’t find my daily First Draft or Gravyty Guide?

If you happen to delete a Raise First Draft, Guide or Travel Plan report, before you are done interacting with them, you should be able to find them in your trash folder, and be able to restore them to your inbox.

If you are expecting to see a Raise email in your inbox, and it is not there (for examples, a Raise Guide on Monday morning), please check your spam folder, or if using the ‘Focused Inbox’ view in Outlook, check the ‘Other’ inbox. If you use inbox categories in Gmail, please check your non-primary categories.

In any scenario, if you do not locate the Raise email you are looking for, pleas email [e-mail], and we will send a new version of the Raise email to your inbox.
