If you have several First Drafts in your inbox that you have not yet interacted with, until you take action on the most recent First Draft in your inbox, you will not receive a new First Draft.
Any actions you take on an older first draft will still be recorded to your CRM normally, they just will not trigger the delivery of a new First Draft.
If you believe that you have taken action on a First Draft that should have led to a new First Draft delivery, and you did not receive a subsequent First Draft, please email support@gravyty.com, and we can investigate and send you a new First Draft.
