March 2025

Gratavid Folders: The new Folders feature in Gratavid lets users and admins organize videos into customizable folders, making content management easier. Users can create, rename, and delete folders to keep videos categorized and accessible.

Gratavid + Advance Integration: Gratavid's enhanced integration with Advance streamlines the donation process by allowing customers with Everyday Giving Forms to insert donation forms into video campaigns directly from a dropdown menu, eliminating the need for manual code embedding.

October 2024

New Feature: Virtual Backgrounds (Beta)

• Blurred Backgrounds: Videos can now be recorded with light or heavy blurred backgrounds, helping users maintain focus and minimize distractions in their video content.
• Custom Backgrounds (Beta phase): Users can upload personalized images to create custom video backdrops. This feature is currently in testing and will be expanded soon.

Platform Availability:

• Virtual Backgrounds are supported on Android devices and PCs using Chrome.
• iOS compatibility is in development and will be available in an upcoming release.

September 2024

• Custom Merge Fields - Allows users to input a variable data point that will be dynamically based on what is listed for the contact for a personalized message.
• Integration Rule Saving - Users will now be notified with a banner and email if an integration is disconnected in Gratavid. Once the integration is reconnected, the rules from the previous time a user connected will remain.
• The Bloomerang integration has been stabilized.

April 2024

• Users can now be a part of multiple accounts -  Users can join multiple Gratavid accounts with one login email address.
• Gratavid Canada - Gratavid is now available to customers in Canada.

Advance + Gratavid Integration

Gratavid from Gravyty now integrates with Advance from Gravyty, which allows admin to:

• Set Smart Rules for fast and friendly video outreach–Define actions based on events from Advance to assign tasks and send automated video messages.
• Record and save videos early–Create custom video templates prior to Giving Days and other large fundraising initiatives. This will make the process of sending out thank-you videos much easier and faster during these events.
• Dynamically add multiple thank you videos to a single email–Map unique thank you videos to specific funds and automatically send one email with multiple stewardship videos.

Gradway/Community + Gratavid Integration

Gratavid from Gravyty now integrates with Graduway/Community from Gravyty, which allows admin to:

• Send fast and friendly video outreach to your community members–Create Gratavid tasks automatically triggered by Graduway events or import Graduway lists to send video requests and personalized messages based on specific affiliations and criteria (e.g., class, major, industry, etc.)
• Add impact to your student engagement and alumni relations announcements–Automatically send one email with multiple videos. Mobilize alumni, classmates and faculty to record personalized messages that will automatically be stitched together.

Raise + Gratavid Integration

Gratavid from Gravyty now integrates with Raise from Gravyty, which allows admin to:

• Quickly create personalized video messages–Increase engagement with your solicitation and stewardship outreach. Put a friendly face with a name to further interaction.
• Launch Gratavid directly from your First Draft email–Quickly send personalized videos. 
• AI-powered details about your prospect automatically transfer to the Gratavid task for reference by fundraisers..
