Outlook - Always Deliver Raise Messages to "Focused" Inbox

If you have the “Focused” Inbox view activated in Outlook, your Raise messages may be misdirected to the “Other” Inbox tab. Below are the steps to follow to make sure your Raise messages are always directed to your Focused Inbox. 

• From your inbox, select the Other tab, and then right-click on any Raise message. 
• Select Always Move to Focused to ensure all future messages from Raise will be delivered to the Focused tab. (Please note: If you select Move to Focused it will only move the selected message.)
