Activating Raise’s Email Integration for Outlook/Exchange

• Find the email from Gravyty with the subject line “Integrate Gravyty with your Email Inbox”.

• Click the “Click here to authorize…” link. Please note this link is only valid for 24 hours. If your link has expired, please email [e-mail] for assistance. 

• A new browser window will open. Enter your email address and password. 
• Click Sign In. It may take several seconds to finish loading. Do not refresh the page during this time. 

• Once the page finishes loading, you will see a Success confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email [e-mail] for assistance.
